Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds and then release it. A bubblegum logo will appear on the screen. The tablet is now on and will take a few seconds to load up.
Place your finger on the icon that looks like a lock and drag your finger to the right. Do not lift your finger while doing this. Your tablet is now unlocked.
Touch the icon on the bottom of the screen that looks like a golf ball, this will open a menu page showing all the apps that are installed on the tablet.
Press the power button and hold it for 3 seconds. There will be a notice that appears on the screen that will ask you if you want to switch the tablet off. Select the option and your tablet will turn off.
Press the power button once only and the screen will lock and switch to sleep mode.

Yes, you will need to use the mini USB adaptor cable provided in the box to connect your 3G dongle.
While the tablet is connected to the charger and you have power supply switched on, a battery icon will appear on the screen of the tablet . This will indicate that the tablet is now charging. This icon will disappear after a few seconds.
Please make sure you let the tablet charge overnight and then attempt to switch it on. Ensure you hold down the on button for 3 seconds. If the problem persists, use the mini USB cable to charge your tablet. If the tablet does not switch on after this, please call the hotline number on our website for assistance.
You will need to reset the G-sensor of the tablet. Go to the settings of the tablet, select the display option, place the tablet on a flat surface and then select the G-sensor option. The tablet will now recalibrate the G-sensor settings. Let it run for 30 seconds and then select the exit option. The G-sensor has now been reset.
You can wipe the screen with a clean cloth or tissue paper. Do not use water or chemicals!!!
Make sure the Wi-Fi of the tablet is turned on and connected to a network. You will find this setting in the settings icon on the tablet. Once you are connected you can go to your favourite online app Store by using the browser icon on the tablet. There are links available on our website to help you select a site to download from. Select the application you wish to download. The application you want to download will prompt you with what you then need to do.
If your tablet does not boot up past the bubblegum logo screen, you will need to do a hard reboot of the tablet. There are a few reasons why your tablet has frozen, the most common reason being a clash in software uploaded or corrupt files. Please follow the instructions in this YouTube video to remedy this.
